We all have different goals when it comes to exercise but, all too often, gyms offer a generic experience. The key is to understand the range of possibilities and the various options available that will allow you to work the required body parts in a manner that is suitable to achieving your goals. The B! approach will involve regular programme reviews and enhancements to ensure progress is continuous and doesn’t plateau.
All too often membership sees you join up and sign your direct debit, have an induction, get told where your programme card will be when you next visit and then you’re left to fend for yourself.
It’s no surprise that many people lose their motivation and stop going… we don’t think this is right. We are all unique, so how can there be a ‘one fits all’ training programme? Well there isn’t. When you work with B! you’ll experience variety. We don’t expect you to get on a rower, treadmill or bike and just do same 20 minute routine day in day out, lined up with everyone else and just sweating together. That’s the sure fire way to see motivation levels fall and visits diminish. We like to keep routines varied and fresh. Sure, cardio is important, but so is functional training, bodyweight movements and resistance training (through the use of fixed path, cable machines and free weights).
So whatever your goals, you will achieve results from a varied and comprehensive training regime when you work with B!, either remotely, at a third party venue, or in a future functional B!
Let’s face it, getting fit is a very personal thing, we all want different outcomes – and so we all need different programmes.
