Here at B!, we believe the phrase ‘personal training’ should mean exactly that. It’s about an expert who’s 100% focused on you and your goals – and dedicated to helping you achieve them. Personal training should be tailored to the individual. After all, we’re all different!
If you book personal training with B!, we’ll start with an assessment that lasts around an hour. During this time we really want to understand you – your current state of health, likes and dislikes, past and present injuries, body measurements and current lifestyle. We will also calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and explain what this means! And we will of course discuss what you want to achieve. Maybe it’s about gaining muscle, losing fat or a combination of both. Perhaps you just want to improve your self-esteem – or have a specific sport you wish to train for.
Whatever your goals, we’ll develop a bespoke programme based around what’s important to you and what you want to achieve in terms of health and fitness. This will shape your future sessions. Rest assured, if you stick to the programme, you’ll enjoy the results!
