We have been running these programmes since 2018 and they have been hugely popular for so many of our previous participants. 91% of people taking part have seen positive changes in their physical health and mental wellbeing. Many of these clients say it boosted their confidence, increased their energy levels, felt stronger and more capable, experienced better sleep and mindset.

Please note that this exciting programme is only for people who are seriously looking to take ownership of their health and fitness and commence a journey of positive change.
Assuming that you are generally fit and healthy and that there are no medical reasons that exclude you from exercise, participation in the programme would include:-
• An initial assessment meeting and body metrics reading to determine your current position.
• An allocated sponsor (qualified personal trainer) to be your point of contact during the 4 weeks.
• A copy of our Cooking With B! healthy recipe cookbook for nutritional support.
• A weekly schedule consisting of group classes and a gym routine for 3 sessions per week. There is flexibility as to times but 3 sessions is a must.
• Professional support in a clean and friendly environment.
• A final body metrics reading after the 4 weeks, to talk through your results and how to proceed with your fitness journey.
We also require some commitment from you in order to be considered for the programme. Essentially, you must be fit to exercise and be able to:-
• Exercise with us at least 3 times per week for 4 consecutive weeks.
• Be 100% committed to making a change.
• Be willing and able to eat sensibly and stay hydrated
• Be willing to step outside of your comfort zone and push boundaries.
