Sport and, more specifically fitness, have always been a huge part of my life and something that I am truly passionate about! Helping others to improve their fitness and enhance their lives is hugely rewarding, which in turn motivates me even more. Rugby, football, hockey, athletics and cricket are but some of the sports I have a participated in both as a player and a coach. This has led to an in-depth understanding of the physical and mental requirements involved in sport and physical fitness which I put to use here at B! My areas of expertise include: increasing muscle mass, improving strength, weight gain, weight loss, sport specific movements and diet and supplementation.
