Many people train strong but fail with nutrition. I cannot stress enough how important it is to eat a balanced diet targeted towards your needs. Unfortunately, many people struggle to find the time or inspiration to meal plan. For this reason B! Health & Fitness have teamed up with Foodfit.

Using professional chefs and experienced specialists, Foodfit work with B! to provide you 3 meals per day, 5 days per week, and a meal plan for weekends! All you have to do is collect it, eat it and follow the weekend plan. With a comprehensive menu and great tasting meals, this really could be the missing piece to your ideal physique puzzle! As a UK active Member, we have committed to following their FIT Together Framework which is built around the government guidelines for safe gym operation.

We will also be going above and beyond that guidance with increased cleaning regimes, appointment only attendance, temperature readings upon arrival and footwear sanitisation when entering the building.
