OUR CLASSES

Whether you’re with friends or people you’ve never met, training with others is a proven motivator and mood-lifter and an effective way to keep fit and healthy. Our group exercise studio classes are catered from beginners through to the more experienced. A trained fitness instructor at your disposal like this is the next best thing to having your own personal trainer!

We purposefully cap our numbers for each class to ensure that every member gets the same trainer feedback and level of participation regardless of your skill level.

Additionally, bespoke studio classes are available to clubs that will shake up your routine. Talk to our team about what your club’s looking to achieve and B! will formulate a programme to fit your budget, timescales and goals.

STUDIO CYCLE

Sweat your way through 45 minutes of heart-pumping sprints and hill climbs; you’ll get pushed to the limit! Strap yourself in and get those legs working in our spinning class that will challenge you to the very end. Immerse yourself in the music and party to the lights, this is one hell of a ride!

HIIT

A 30 minute high-intensity workout in short, fast intervals. This bodyweight only class is perfect for a fantastic cardio blast. Heart pumping, fast-paced and lung bursting. HIIT is one of the hardest classes we offer at B! Adrenaline filled, this class is perfect for anyone who wants to really push the limits of their fitness.

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS

This full-body circuit training class uses a wide range of equipment to get your blood pumping! Some of the equipment you would not have used before, but our highly-qualified fitness instructors are there to help instruct and motivate you. This flagship B! class combines results both in looks, fitness and endurance, so come and see for yourself.

SHAPE & TONE

This full-body circuit training class uses a wide range of equipment to get your blood pumping! This flagship B! class combines results both in looks, fitness and endurance, so come and see for yourself.

STUDIO PUMP

This class is designed to work your whole body, so if you want to get strong and toned then Studio Pump was made for you! Workout using barbells, free weights and resistance bands, all while listening to the music. With every part of your body working, Studio Pump will give you that motivation to keep fit!

Boxercise®

Boxercise will enable you to burn tons of calories! You’ll use your arms and legs and as time flies within the class you’ll work on movement, agility and momentum. You’ll be taught correct technique all the way through, meaning you will be able to punch faster and burn more calories!

CORE STRENGTH

One of our most popular classes, Core Strength focuses on the muscles that stabilise your core.This class will condition the supporting muscles of your spine, abdominals and pelvic floor region, all through balance and strengthening exercises. It’s a ‘firm’ favourite with our members!

MOBILISE

A class dedicated to improving mobility and flexibility for the whole body designed for all abilities! It will increase your range of movement, balance and agility while providing you with some quality stretches throughout.

PILATES

Pilates is a relaxed, welcoming class with a focus to improve mindful practice, flexibility, strength, core, balance, breathing and relaxation. Open to all ages and abilities.

YOGA

Our Hatha-based Yoga class ensures a good balance between body and mind. Breathing, posture, meditation and relaxation are used to encourage a gentle ‘opening’ of the body and its muscles. There is no forcing, no pushing and no competitiveness. This class receives high praise from many of our experienced Yoga attendees.

DUMBBELL BLITZ

A high intensity full body workout through the use of dumbbells and body weight exercises leading to a challenging fast paced class! A combination of full body and isolation exercises to really test you. This is a proper workout!

STEP & TONE

A mix between Shape & Tone and HIIT! This is an intense class with step based exercises and the use of dumbbells to help improve your cardiovascular fitness while shaping and sculpting the body. It is the ‘step up’ from Shape & Tone for those looking for more of a challenge.
