Unlike many ‘Online Coaches’, we operate out of our own B! Health & Fitness gyms based in Honiton, Devon and Lyme Regis, Dorset.

Our team is made up of nine fully qualified male and female Personal Trainers, boasting a combined client time of over 20,000 hours. That’s a wealth of experience you can rely on.

We operate as a cohesive, fully employed team, not a loose collection of independent self employed trainers who may be here today but gone tomorrow. Should a trainer leave our team you will not be abandoned and left in the lurch!

Everyone has their own specific goals and challenges, as well as different access to equipment and facilities. No matter what your situation, we will design the optimum programme to meet your requirements.

We have already worked with clients from all walks of life, each with their own set of specific goals and challenges. Among our many clients we have helped individuals with specific needs reaching beyond the basics of general health, fat reduction or muscle toning.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?

We believe in keeping things simple. There are no complex packages or hidden fees here – just expert coaching at an affordable price.

Here’s what’s included:

  • A qualified trainer to guide you through your fitness journey.

  • A comprehensive assessment of your health and any previous or current injuries/ailments.

  • A personalised exercise plan for your first month.

  • Expert guidance on healthy eating do’s and don’ts.

  • Weekly progress update calls.

  • Monthly video meetings to assess, tweak, and enhance your training plans.

  • No long tie-ins or contracts

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

We charge an initial one-off client set up fee of £35, then just £35 per month. 

No contracts, no catches, no tie-ins, just a 30-day notice period if you decide to stop.

So, in your first month, you invest just £70 in your health and fitness future, then it’s a monthly payment of £35.
